Any registered estate agent who has been licensed by The Board of Valuers, Appraisers & Estate Agents Malaysia holding a valid current certificate of authority to practice or any person who has passed the Test of Professional Competence conducted by the BOVAEA for licensing as a Registered Estate Agent or Valuer shall upon successful application be admitted as an Ordinary Member of IMPAC.
Any person who has attended a Negotiators Certification Course (NCC) authorized by the BOVAEA for the purpose of registration or listing with BOVAEA shall be eligible to apply to IMPAC and upon successful application be admitted as a Real Estate Negotiator (REN) of IMPAC.
Any Probationary Estate Agent or Valuer (PEA/PV) who is registered with The Board of Valuers, Appraisers & Estate Agents Malaysia shall be eligible to apply to IMPAC and upon successful application be admitted as a Probationary Member of IMPAC.
Any person who is employed in any capacity in a real estate firm or property related industry shall upon successful application be admitted as an Associate Member of IMPAC.
Any person who is a student in any college, university or center of learning pursuing an estate agency, estate management, property consultancy, property valuation or property management course or any course related to these courses whether full time or otherwise may apply to become a student member of IMPAC and upon successful application be admitted as a Student Member of IMPAC. No university or university college students shall be allowed to be a member without the prior written consent of the relevant Vice Chancellor concerned.
